Description: We will target a specific muscle toning moves, plus we will run the mile. Also, plan on games and relays. Kids will learn the importance of fitness being a commitment, proper execution of specific strength training exercises, the importance of warming up and cooling down and stretching with exercise.
Bring to class: Towels, sunblock, comfortable clothes, water bottles, winning attitude. Everyone will be encouraged to do thier own personal best with encouraging words from others!
Dates: Mondays in September (8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th)
Time: 3pm to 4:30pm
